How fast will I get my license?

What if my key does not activate?
Open your order page and press “Key not working” or reply to the delivery email. We send a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — not store credit — within one business day.
Can I use it in my country?
Every product page shows its activation region. “Global” licenses activate worldwide. If a product is region-limited we say so before you buy, never after.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Why is the card charged in Indonesian Rupiah?

Activation guides
Activate Windows with a product key
Open Settings → System → Activation → Change product key, paste your key and press Next. Make sure you are connected to the internet. If your PC runs a different edition (e.g. Home and you bought Pro), Windows will upgrade the edition automatically after the key is accepted.
Redeem an Office / Microsoft 365 key
Go to the publisher’s official setup page (setup.office.com for Office), sign in with the Microsoft account that should own the license, enter the key, then install from your account dashboard. The license is tied to that account from then on.
Activate antivirus or VPN subscriptions
Install the app from the publisher’s official website, choose “I have an activation code” (wording varies) and paste your key. Your subscription period starts at activation, not at purchase.
