What we collect

• Order data: email, optional name, items bought, amounts, payment status.
• Technical data: IP address, country and browser user agent at checkout (fraud prevention and tax evidence).
• We do not receive or store your card number or crypto wallet credentials — payments happen on Xendit’s and Binance Pay’s secure pages.

Why

To deliver your licenses, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Payment processors (Xendit, Binance Pay), our email delivery provider and hosting provider — only what each needs to perform its service, under data processing terms.

How long

Order records are kept for the period required by tax law (generally 10 years). You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, or object to processing, by writing to support@velakey.com. EU/UK residents may complain to their data protection authority.
