Refund policy & guarantee

The short version

• Key doesn’t work? We replace it or refund you — your choice when possible.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method (card or Binance Pay), never forced store credit.
• Covered for 30 days after delivery, at no extra cost.

When you’re covered

• The key is invalid, already used, or for a different edition than ordered.
• The activation region doesn’t match what the product page stated.
• We could not deliver within 24 hours of payment.
• A license we sold is revoked by the publisher within the guarantee period.

When we can’t refund

• The key was delivered, works, and you changed your mind (see the withdrawal waiver in our terms).
• The product was activated on a device or region outside the stated scope.

How to claim

Reply to your delivery email or write to support@velakey.com with your order number and a screenshot of the activation error. We answer in under 2 hours. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days; Binance Pay refunds are usually instant.
