Terms of sale

1. Who we are

Velakey (“we”) is operated by PT Global Digital Zone, Jakarta, Indonesia. Contact: support@velakey.com.

2. What you buy

You buy a license to use software published by a third party, delivered as a license key, account activation or download link. The edition, number of devices, license term and activation region are stated on the product page before purchase. Velakey is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the publishers.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency for convenience. You are charged in the currency displayed at checkout: card payments are processed by Xendit (in IDR unless stated otherwise — your bank converts to your currency), crypto payments by Binance Pay (in USDT). Any taxes required by law are included or shown before payment.

4. Delivery

Delivery is automatic after payment confirmation, by email and on your order page. If an item is temporarily out of stock we deliver as soon as possible and in any case refund you in full if we cannot deliver within 24 hours.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

Digital content is supplied immediately at your express request. By ticking the box at checkout you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This does not affect our guarantee (section 6) or your statutory rights for faulty digital content.

6. Works-or-refund guarantee

If a license does not activate as described within 30 days of delivery, we replace it or refund you to your original payment method. See the refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

Licenses are for your own use or your organization’s use and may not be resold. We may refuse or cancel orders that show signs of fraud, in which case any payment is refunded.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
